As Solution Architect (all genders) you lead the architecture and development of a scalable, high-performing inflight WiFi access platform, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Collaborate with international teams and external service providers to deliver robust solutions.

Job Scope:
- Architecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of full-stack development projects, focusing on both frontend and backend systems within WiFi and AAA platform architectures (Radius, identity management).
- Platform Integration & CIAM: Oversee the integration of WiFi platforms with third-party services for payments and account management, and manage the deployment of CIAM solutions using modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- WiFi Authorization & Networking Security: Ensure robust WiFi authorization mechanisms (captive management, 802.1X) and enforce networking security standards and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DPI) to enhance overall security and performance.
- Full-Stack Understanding: Drive the seamless integration of user interfaces with backend services and third-party APIs, ensuring a comprehensive user experience from the frontend to the backend.
- International Team Collaboration: Lead international, interdisciplinary teams, managing relationships with external service providers to ensure smooth project execution and fostering effective cross-team collaboration.
Core Skills:
- Architecture & Development: Expertise in full-stack development (frontend and backend) and a strong foundation in WiFi and AAA platform architectures (Radius, identity management).
- Platform Integration & CIAM: Experience with integrating platforms with third-party services (payments, account management) and proficient in deploying CIAM solutions, understanding modern authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- WiFi Authorization & Networking Security: In-depth knowledge of WiFi authorization mechanisms (captive management, 802.1X) and familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and security standards (DPI).
- Team Collaboration & International Cooperation: Proven experience in collaborating with international, interdisciplinary teams and skilled in managing relationships with external service providers.
- Technical Leadership & Consulting: Ability to take on holistic technical solution responsibilities in complex projects, strong leadership and project management skills, and experience in technical consulting and requirement engineering.
